From The Founder
Hello, I’m Bella, the founder of The Sinful Spine.
A few years ago, during one of the hardest periods of my life, my little sister handed me a copy of A Court of Thorns and Roses. I never imagined that one book would completely change my life.
Reading became my escape, but it also gave me hope, introduced me to lifelong friends, and inspired me to create a romance book club that grew into an incredible community.
Through that community, I realised romance readers deserved more than just a shelf in the corner of a bookshop. We deserved a place where we could feel understood, celebrate the stories we love, and never feel judged for them.
That’s why I created The Sinful Spine.
It isn’t just a bookshop. It’s a home for readers. A place built on community, friendship and the belief that stories have the power to change lives.

Meet Kayle
The Sinful Spine simply wouldn’t exist without my little sister, Kayle.
It was Kayle who first handed me a copy of A Court of Thorns and Roses. She had no idea that one book would reignite my love of reading and ultimately inspire everything that followed.
Since day one, she’s been my biggest supporter, even if I’ve definitely driven her up the wall along the way. She’s been my sounding board, my biggest cheerleader, and the person who’s stood beside me through every idea, every milestone, and every challenge.
The Sinful Spine may have started as my dream, but it became our journey.
